Full development consultancy on project including identifying opportunity, negotiating purchase of site, appointing design team and delivering commercially viable planning consent in conjunction with private developer. Full detailed design and specification input. Specific challenges – existing ground conditions with rock anchor restrictions. Adopted dig and replace solution in conjunction with engineers. Existing building B listed and of significant local importance.
